Fire-discipline lead at Bond Street Elizabeth Line station with full GRIP 3-8 ownership of the fire-system scope across the station. Carried the package through a Principal Contractor transition to Crossrail self-delivery and on to revenue-service handover.

Fire Detection System Package lead at a central-section Elizabeth Line sub-surface station — detection, aspirating smoke detection, dampers, and gas suppression across detailed design through commissioning.

Options Development Report and portfolio-level TRS authorship; station-by-station strategies, refuge provisioning, and London Fire Brigade intervention plans.

Fire Discipline Lead on the new Belgrove House Ticket Hall at Kings Cross St Pancras Underground station — new-build entry hall with associated enabling works inside the live operational interchange station. Evacuation calculations authored; fire strategy and detailed design validated for the new ticket hall, two new tenancies, and a standalone sprinkler system.
Transport for London — Greenwich Power Station
Fire Discipline Lead at Greenwich Power Station — a Grade II* listed, operationally critical premises with external fuel-oil storage tanks. SFFF deluge upgrade, UV/IR flame detection, FRA authorship identifying pool-fire design scenarios, cooling water demand quantification, and contractor procurement support. Driven by UK POPs Regulations restrictions on PFAS-based AFFF foams.

Fire Discipline Lead on the Leyton Station Step-Free Access and capacity upgrade — co-authored the station Fire Strategy and developed the concept and detailed design for fire system assets. Station signage scheme, temporary worksite planning, S1088 submissions, and Authority-to-Use inspections.
